Operational Excellence Specialist

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Operational Excellence Specialist Excellence position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to strengthen operational audit and cost governance across our global shipping activities. In this role, you will review vendor billing and invoices, identify cost leakage risks, and drive SOP standardization to improve efficiency and compliance. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will translate audit findings into actionable improvements, support process enhancements, and ensure financial discipline while contributing to continuous operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Accounting, or a related field
• Practical knowledge of invoice handling processes and billing logic, including storage terms, free days, tiered rates, and service‑based charging.
• Hands on experience in SOP enhancement, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong ERP system knowledge
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
