1. Operational Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with IQIP's global business goals and organization dynamics. Responsible for the execution of the mid-term operational strategy and ensuring operational readiness for future growth.
- Lead long-term planning for asset utilization, lifecycle management, and capital investments.
- Shape procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, supplier reliability, and compliance with international standards.
- Align production capabilities with project timelines, customer requirements and engineering innovation,
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director of the Region, Director Projects and Engineering realize the execution of operational strategy and planning.
2. Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage operational teams across departments such as procurement, asset management, production, logistics, (customer)service within the region.
- Oversee the execution of complex offshore and onshore projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Implement robust governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and service teams to meet project milestones.
- Drive customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery and post-project support.
3. Leadership& people management
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across international locations, fostering a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership capabilities within operational departments and ensure succession planning.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
4.Optimization, change & continuous improvement
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement across all sites and functions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation in asset tracking, procurement systems, and production workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, efficiency, and sustainability across operations.
- Manage change effectively, ensuring alignment with IQIP's values and strategic direction.
