Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and intellectually curious professional to join our global Operational Audit team, based in Singapore. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex, fastchanging environment. You will lead global audit and advisory projects, provide insights that drive strategic decisions, and contribute to strengthening risk management and internal controls across the organization. International travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize and manage multiple global projects (audits and advisory / consultative projects) and deadlines to provide independent assurance, advice, and insight
  • People Leadership - Manage and develop a team of two auditors, providing coaching and feedback while ensuring highquality delivery and a collaborative, growthoriented team culture.
  • Support the development of the annual risk assessment and contribute to shaping a dynamic, riskbased audit plan that reflects emerging trends, regulatory developments and business growth.
  • Perform and lead audits including the following:
  • Deliver independent, forwardlooking assurance and insights that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Design audit programs applying internal auditing concept & practices, strong analytical skills, and business acumen
  • Conduct interviews and document key operational processes & related controls
  • Identify and integrate operational issues, financial concepts and data into compelling, relevant, value-added, actionable recommendations
  • Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior management and influence adoption of remediation plans.
  • Work effectively with different levels of divisional and functional management to develop and implement practical and actionable solutions to address audit findings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications a plus).
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Independent, analytical thinker who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Proven people leader who develops talent and fosters team growth.
  • Selfmotivated, positive, and able to work independently while driving results.
