Perform administrative duties, including clerical tasks and office inventory/supply management.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and policies.
Maintain client relationships and support planning of client visits.
Conduct market research and support management with analysis.
Review and analyse periodic NAV reports.
Maintain and update fund and internal documentation.
Support cross-functional business operations.
Assist with KYC/AML processing and documentation.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in administrative, operations, or fund management support, and a basic understanding of fund operations, NAV reporting, and KYC/AML requirements, will be preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
