Operation Support Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle material receiving, delivery, returns, consumption, and other SAP operations.

• Maintain the SAP system according to the production plan and generate process orders and production batches.

• Manage product inventory and output and complete the Pass-Through checklist.

• Assist in reviewing BOM documents, creating material codes, and drafting material- related documents.

• Manage samples and assist with GMP sample transportation.

• Handle abnormal materials and vendor complaints.

• Other tasks assigned by leadership for job rotation.

About You:

• Diploma/Degree in pharmaceutical Engineering with 1 to 2 years of GMP / material experience

• Able to work well in fast paced environment with cross-functional teams

• Competency in data visualization or project management tools is a plus

Contract Period: 12 months
