- Plan off days for workers

- wealfare and disciplinary for workers

- ensure cohesiveness within the team

- teach new dishwasher

- on-boarding new dishwasher

- stand in dishwasher if outlet short of man power

- all other miscellaneous jobs given by Manager

- might need to take night shift if sudden short of man power ($200 pro rated)

- manage overall operation, ensure smooth operation arrangement etc..
