Job Description / Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Oversee shop operations including stock control, product display, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
Lead, schedule, and supervise shop staff, including training new employees and monitoring performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering of fruits and vegetables, and minimize wastage.=
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain service standards.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and report issues to management.
Assist in sales promotion activities and ensure proper implementation at store level.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, food & beverage, fresh produce, or supermarket operations.
Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of fruits and vegetables handling, storage, and hygiene standards is an advantage.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
