- Lead the operations team to complete daily order fulfillment accurately and on time
- Resolve customer complaints and perform service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to purchase goods and maintain supply chain efficiency
