Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and CCO on Major Payment Institution (MPI) license preparation
- Support the development of AML frameworks, SOPs, and internal control processes
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to enhance transaction monitoring systems
- Assist in building and optimizing internal tools and customer support systems
- Support bank and partner onboarding, including documentation preparation and due diligence coordination
- Contribute to growth initiatives, including SEO, GEO, ASO, and social media campaigns
- Continuously improve internal workflows and operational processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Interest in payments or regulatory environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
