What You'llBe Responsible For
CoreOperations
- Run daily operations across food waste processing → insect bioconversion → product output
- Operate and maintain machinery, systems, and facility infrastructure
- Execute and support production runs, trials, and process improvements
- Monitor and optimise operational performance (quality, yield, efficiency)
Data &Process Ownership
- Record and track operational data (production, inputs, outputs, anomalies)
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Contribute to building SOPs and scalable systems
- Support automation and system optimisation initiatives
Facility& Logistics
- Handle inbound/outbound materials and inventory tracking
- Maintain warehouse organisation and operational readiness
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams (ops, logistics, management)
Safety &Standards
- Uphold strict workplace safety standards
- Identify risks and proactively solve them
- Contribute to building a high-performance, disciplined operations culture

MinimumRequirements
- ITE / Polytechnic / Diploma holders welcome
- Fresh/Entry level welcome
- Able to handle hands-on, physical work
- Comfortable working in an operational / industrial environment
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
