Operation Project Engineer

• Coordinate activities between repair centers to ensure timely delivery of components that meet authority standards.
• Conduct engineering analyses and feasibility studies to identify potential project challenges and risks.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report on deliverables.
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Resolve issues related to higher scope project requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures when necessary.
• Conduct project audits to ensure compliance with SOPs during execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the project

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Science/ Bachelor Engineering degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems.
• In-depth understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with program/project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
