We are building an AI-driven platform for recruitment and career development, aiming to redefine how people positions are matched improving both the quality and experience across the entire hiring journey. We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Head of Operations to co-lead the commercialization strategy, data-driven growth, business development, recruitment partnerships, and market-facing initiatives.
Key Qualifications (At least 2 of the following):
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry
- International background or global work experience
- Operational leadership in a major platform or high-growth company
Responsibilities
- As a Co-founder / Head of Operations, you will lead all executional aspects outside of core product development, including but not limited to:
- Business growth and data-driven operations
- Strategic partnerships and industry collaborations
- Team building and cross-functional coordination
- Branding, marketing, and fundraising support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, HR tech, or headhunting, with a background in mid-to-senior level management
- End-to-end ownership of business growth or monetization KPIs, with hands-on team leadership and outcome delivery
- Familiarity with the recruitment ecosystem (corporate hiring, headhunting, ATS, SaaS) and solid industry network
- Strong expertise in data growth, conversion modeling, channel operations, and partnership negotiation
- Excellent cross-functional execution skills, with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and content teams
- High entrepreneurial drive, with a willingness to commit to a fast-paced, results-oriented startup environment
