Operation & Office Management Role (Japanese Speaking Required!)
Roles:
The position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations, including vendor management, record‑keeping, and general administration. The role also leads IT coordination by working with HQ and external vendors on system issues, maintenance, upgrades, access control, and onboarding/offboarding setup.
Additionally, it supports compliance and accounting by maintaining organised documentation, assisting with MAS‑related coordination, managing KYC and regulatory files, tracking invoices, and supporting audit preparation.
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in operations, office management, or IT coordination
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
Knowledge of MAS compliance requirements is an advantage
Strong organisational skills and disciplined documentation
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above) to communicate with HQ in Japan
Salary:
Based on experience and current compensation.
Approx.S$3,000-6,000 per month + discretionary bonus
