3. Must beable to solve the project/site problems at 24/7.

4. Must ableto works under pressure and good problem solving skill.

5. To beable to take ad-hoc decision in emergency.

6. To beable to coordinate with all the outside parties in order to successfully completethe project and hand over to the client.

7. To beable to monitor and handle and solve all the site safety issues.

8. To beable to monitor and control the project cost with in the budget.

9. Must beable to negotiate with client and help to collect payment.
