Job Description

Responsible for the operations in the kitchen of multiple restaurants meeting

o Quality standards

o Service standards

o Financial performance

o People development

. Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulatory standards

o Cleanliness and sanitation

o Security

o Safe working environment

. ensure customer experience environment and meeting 100% customer satisfaction at all times

. create value though efficient operations, appropriate cost controls and profit management

. Handle all administrative duties of the restaurant including

o ordering of food and supplies

o Maintaining inventory

o Maintenance of equipment

. Schedule, train and develop employees

. Candidates must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays and be assigned at multiple locations as required.
