Operation Manager

Working Days: 5.50 days Mon-Fri (Alternate Sat)

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: 23 Tuas View Walk 2

. Oversees and coordinates the daily tasks of employees to ensure smooth operations within the company.

. Allocates work based on the company's needs and employee capabilities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

. Responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and logistics.

. Ensures the timely and safe handling of materials and products within the warehouse.

. Responsible for coordinating shipments of goods to Japan, ensuring that compliance requirements, and delivery schedules are met.

. Participates and assist in the bidding process for materials.

. Involved and oversees in the gold refining process, ensuring proper handling and processing according to industry standards.

. Holds valid licenses for operating forklifts.

. Responsible for operating and ensuring the safe transportation and handling of goods as required by the company.

. Safety compliance of the company.

Requirements:

- Min 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor

- Good communication, management and leadership skills

- Holds valid licenses for operating forklifts.

- Must be willing to work in Tuas

- Able to lift heavy goods.
