Role Overview

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-time

As Operations Manager, you will be the primary engine of execution for Ropedia's business. Reporting directly to the management team, you will move between high-level planning and on-the-ground coordination. Your mission is to ensure that our business operation runs smoothly, safely, and at peak efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data collection, specifically focusing on field safety, participant privacy/consent, and hardware maintenance.
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics (e.g., valid data yield, equipment uptime, and per-episode costs) to identify and solve bottlenecks.
  • Manage the deployment, tracking, and maintenance of our hardware inventories and assets across different regional sites.
  • Maintain active relationships with manpower agencies, logistics providers, and local operators to ensure seamless resource availability.
  • Assist in building the internal knowledge base and coordinating administrative workflows to keep the company's operations lean and organized.

Requirements

  • A get-things-done attitude with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and field logistics.
  • Strong ability to track data, identify trends in operational efficiency, and report findings clearly to the management team.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse frontline and core technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of solving hardware or logistics issues on the fly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, Robotics, or Hardware sectors.
  • Background in managing logistics and field-service delivery.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup where you contributed to building processes from the ground up.
