Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily moving operations and schedules

• Manage drivers, movers, and warehouse staff

• Ensure smooth execution of residential and commercial moving jobs

• Monitor job performance, safety standards, and service quality

• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues

• Control operational costs and improve efficiency

• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and manpower are properly utilized

• Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management (moving/logistics industry is an advantage)

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of moving procedures, packing, and logistics operations is a plus

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage
