Job Summary
You will manage the lead generation process to create sales opportunities, engage customers to secure appointments for sales agents, and support daily operations to ensure smooth communication and accurate data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from Relationship Managers through WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and phone calls to support lead generation
- Drive customer engagement to secure sales appointments for assigned Real Estate Consultants
- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to maximize sales opportunities
- Monitor and manage communication threads on WhatsApp and in-house messaging systems to maintain clear customer interactions
- Actively monitor the CRM system to ensure customer data is accurate and up to date
- Track performance dashboards and prepare periodic operational and billing reports to support management decisions
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and management
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Relevant real estate knowledge to understand industry processes and customer needs
- Positive work ethics demonstrated by managing own time effectively and working with minimal supervision
- Strong ownership of work assignments with commitment to complete tasks on time and with quality
- Effective communication skills in written and verbal English to interact clearly with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot to manage data and communications efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure fast and accurate handling of enquiries and data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CEA registration as a real estate agent is preferred but not essential
- ITE NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of relevant real estate experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an additional advantage
- Openness to freshers who are eager to build a career in the Real Estate or Prop-tech industry
