About Neptune Robotics

Neptune Robotics is an AI Robotics -driven maritime technology company specializing in autonomous hull-cleaning solutions. By combining robotics and artificial intelligence, we help shipping companies improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and maintain cleaner vessels worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling vessel deployments and coordinating robotic cleaning missions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of underwater robotics services across multiple ports and fleets.

Team Coordination

  • Supervise ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operators, engineers, and logistics staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows for equipment handling, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management for robotics equipment and marine tools.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of parts and consumables.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to maritime safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions when needed.

Strategic Support

  • Work closely with the COO to align operations with Neptune Robotics mission of reducing carbon emissions.
  • Support expansion into new regions and scaling of services globally.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or Business Administration.
  • 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in robotics, maritime, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing field operations and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, robotics deployment, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in maritime technology.
