Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our music school and retail business, ensuring excellent educational experiences and driving sales while maintaining efficient store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily school operations including class scheduling, student enrollment, and coordinating music instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery
  • Monitor and maintain student progress records and support recruitment and onboarding of music teachers
  • Handle parent and student inquiries to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Organize recitals, events, and examinations to enhance student engagement and community building
  • Oversee sales of musical instruments and accessories both in-store and online, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and ensure effective merchandising and store presentation
  • Train retail staff on product knowledge and customer service to improve sales performance
  • Develop and refine operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare basic financial reports for business insights
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as student retention and sales to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations to maintain operational standards
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with the marketing team to support business growth
  • Deliver excellent customer service across school and retail segments, addressing feedback and complaints to improve service quality
  • Foster a strong community around the music school to enhance customer loyalty and engagement
