Operation Manager

• Oversee daily operations of production, processing, warehouse, and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, operational schedules, and resources to meet operational targets.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company operational procedures.
• Supervise and lead operational staff, including training, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to support operational requirements and service delivery.
• Manage inventory control, material handling, and equipment utilization within the facility.
• Oversee maintenance and proper usage of machinery, tools, and operational equipment.
• Handle operational issues, troubleshoot workflow challenges, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or recycling environment.
• Prior supervisory or team management experience will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Possesses a class 3 driving license
