Operation Manager

Job Title : Operation Manager (ID3624)
Location : Gul Cir
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:15am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $6000-$7000

Responsibilities:
. Lead operations teams to achieve production and operational targets safely and efficiently.
. Manage production planning, customer orders, tolling operations and order fulfilment.
. Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
. Manage warehouse, logistics and inventory activities.
. Oversee equipment maintenance, engineering and site facilities.
. Ensure compliance with IMS, GMP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
. Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Quality and other departments.
. Manage plant improvement projects and engineering contractors.
. Drive process improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues..
