Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a technical & customer service team
- Review and Manage fit out/maintenance costs
- Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure fit out/maintenance works are efficiently carried out
- Provide technical support and training
- Provide customer service support and training
- Able to manage big team
Requirements
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Strong supervisory skills is absolutely needed
- Able to communicate and work under pressure
- Independent, resourceful and has initiative
