Job Purpose
Manage daily cleaning operations across all client sites. Lead field teams, ensure service quality, and make sure cleaning is done safely and on time.
Key Duties
- Supervise cleaning teams and supervisors at office, residential, and commercial sites.
- Plan daily work schedules and routes for cleaning staff.
- Check cleaning quality and fix problems.
- Make sure staff follow safety rules and use cleaning chemicals correctly.
- Manage cleaning supplies, vehicles, and equipment.
- Talk to clients to solve complaints and get feedback.
- Write simple reports on team performance and service issues.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience managing cleaning or facilities teams.
- Must be able to lead team and handle multiple job sites.
- Must be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment (up to 15kg) and stand/walk for long hours.
- Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be able to read and write in English (Able to communicate in English with clients).
