Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Operation Manager will lead all aspects of F&B operations, driving sales growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement through effective planning, team leadership, and quality management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations within budgeted guidelines to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
- Forecast demand and manage orders, staff scheduling, and financial resources to optimize outlet performance
- Identify customer needs and proactively address concerns to maximize satisfaction and sales
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisal to build and retain a skilled, motivated team
- Facilitate two-way communication to nurture a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Implement and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain operational safety
- Report regularly to management on sales results, productivity, and operational improvements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven record of food and beverage management experience
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related fields
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
