Key responsibilities & tasks :
- Fully responsible for day to day warehouse activities.
- Verify and ensure accuracies of incoming and outgoing shipments against grading, delivery note and packing list.
- Manage warehouse daily logistics operations.
- Tally and check inbound and outbound cargo.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Inventory management.
- Assist delivery driver in goods delivery when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/ or the specific goals of the division.
- Assist to house-keep the warehouse.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations flow.
- To accurately understand, deliver and fulfil the Company's objectives as set out by the Management.
- To work overtime, if required.
Requirements :
- Able to work within tight schedules.
- Ability to speak and write simple English
- Class-3 Driving License.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- 5 Days Work Week 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
