OPERATION MANAGER

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager (Construction) to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while leading a strong team of site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor resources, procurement, and manpower allocation.
• Review project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
• Implement operational policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to prevent project delays.

Requirements

. Diplona in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

. Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in construction project or operations management.

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
