Job Description
-Plan, direct, and oversee daily construction operations across multipleprojects
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
-Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, andsubcontractors
-Monitor project progress and prepare performance and financial reports
-Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
-Review and approve project plans, schedules, and work methodologies
-Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
-Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services
-Resolve operational issues, delays, and conflicts on-site
-Lead and develop site teams to achieve high performance
-Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and costefficiency
Requirements
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
-Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
-Excellent leadership and team management skills
-Strong budgeting and cost control experience
-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
-Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Based on-site and office frequent travel between project locations
-May require working extended hours to meet project deadlines
-Able to work under pressure
