Operation manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily production planning, scheduling, and production line management to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Supervise food processing, packaging, and warehousing to ensure compliance with production standards and time requirements.

Optimize production processes to improve capacity and resource utilization.

Regularly conduct quality inspections and risk assessments, and implement improvement measures.

Follow up on internal and external audits to ensure zero major non-compliance.

Manage the production, warehouse, and logistics operations teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Supervise employees to adhere to safety operating standards and hygiene regulations.

Control raw material inventory, finished product inventory, and replenishment needs.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging materials.

Supervise the daily maintenance, upkeep, and repair coordination of production equipment.

Job Requirements

At least 3-5 years of operational management experience in the food manufacturing industry or a related sector.

Experience in managing production teams or factory operations is preferred.

Possess strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, quality management, and supply chain management.

Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software is preferred.

Strong leadership skills able to manage multi-department teams.

Excellent problem-solving and execution abilities.
