Job Description

Fully responsible for daily factory operations, ensuring efficient management of production, warehousing, logistics, quality, and safety.
Develop and implement production plans, allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Optimize production processes, improve productivity and cost control, and promote automation and lean manufacturing.
Lead team building and employee training to enhance operational skills and safety awareness.
Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and R&D teams to align supply chain and market demand.
Regularly analyze operational data, propose improvements, and report factory performance to senior management.
Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in the food or meat processing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Familiar with meat processing techniques, cold chain management, and relevant food safety regulations.
Strong skills in production planning, cost control, and process optimization.
Proficient in ERP systems and office software, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and stress management abilities, adaptable to fast-paced production environments.
