We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled individual with a background in construction operations to join our team.
Job Requirement
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in construction operations.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve operational challenges effectively.
- Capable of independently planning and coordinating site activities and workforce allocation.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for operations tracking and reporting.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese to liaise with various stakeholders
- Willing to travel to Malaysia as required for project coordination.
- Maintains flexibility and is frequently required to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with project demands.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Utilize relevant technical knowledge in construction to evaluate site requirements, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide on-ground support.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to build trust, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and issue quotations and job summaries with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Track client payment schedules, follow up promptly, and ensure payment compliance.
- Submit accurate worker timesheets and process leave applications in the system as required.
- Assist in supervising transportation and logistics personnel to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Comply with and enforce all workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
