Lead and manage office staff and store personnel (Payroll/Ops Officer, Accounts/Admin Officer, Storeman/Technician)
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive office culture
Organise team bonding activities and annual staff events
Oversee daily office operations, store management, and cleaning equipment inventory
Coordinate scheduling and workflows with operations teams, project managers, and clients
Ensure continuity of operations during staff absence or turnover
Oversee office maintenance, facilities management, and equipment servicing
Liaise with vendors and statutory bodies (NEA, MOM, CPF, accounting firms, etc.)
Manage business licence renewals (NEA, BizSafe, etc.)
Improve workflows, systems, and processes to reduce inefficiencies
Overseeing (2 payroll staff) and approve payroll for cleaners and office staff
Manage CPF submissions and bank uploads for payroll processing
Monitor attendance, overtime claims, and time-in/time-out records
Oversee recruitment, sourcing, onboarding, uniforms, and deployment of cleaners
Manage work pass applications and renewals (Work Permit, S Pass)
Ensure compliance with NEA Progressive Wage Model guidelines
Coordinate training schedules for licence renewal and audit compliance
Improve and implement payroll/HR systems (e.g. Whyze HR)
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and follow up on overdue payments
Support client fee reviews and periodic contract revisions
Oversee administrative functions including insurance, vehicle maintenance, and statutory renewals
Monitor client service quality and feedback
Represent the company in liaison with statutory bodies and vendors
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely statutory submissions
Support audits, surveys, and reporting requirements (MOM, Infocomm, etc.)
