Job Description

Lead and manage day-to-day ambulance operations, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination
Oversee fleet readiness, medical equipment, safety and operational logistics
Supervise a team of medics, paramedics, and operations staff provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
Ensure all activities comply with medical, safety and regulatory standards, including company operational protocols.
Monitor operational KPIs (response time, case completion, incident reporting) and implement process improvements
Liaise with clients, event organisers, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
