Operation/Maintenance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deployment of Jobs: (15%) . Oversee the planning and distribution of tasks for Supervisors and Technicians. . Provide daily updates on the status of equipment and outstanding jobs to the Assistant Manager/Manager. . Plan and manage the monthly duty roster. . Coordinate with Storekeepers. Preventive Maintenance: (20%) . Oversee the servicing, inspection, and repair of equipment and facilities. . Raise Blanket Purchase Requisitions (PR) for term contracts related to preventive maintenance. . Complete the Blanket Goods Receipt (GR). . Ensure that contractors feedback on servicing is addressed and closed. . Plan for the storage of critical spare parts. Corrective Maintenance: (20%) . Schedule and inform users about minor and major repairs, replacements, and overhauls of equipment, plants, and facilities. . Follow up with contractors/vendors on the status of repairs and completion dates. . Update end-users on outstanding jobs. Breakdown Maintenance: (25%) . Assist Technicians in troubleshooting, rectifying, and reactivating equipment, plants, and facilities. . Arrange for vendors to repair/rectify issues that cannot be resolved in-house, ensuring minimal delays and downtime. . Liaise with vendors for onsite visits and request quotations. . Assist with Safety, CO & FP audit inspections. . Support store management and inventory reporting. . Assist with CO & FP site inspections and liaise with user departments on all maintenance matters. . Assist the Finance team with the annual stock check. Documentation and Records: (15%) . Verify and update records of preventive maintenance performed. . Verify meter readings for CCP2 and utilities. . Monitor and verify online alarms and daily occurrence reports. . Ensure that purchase requisitions are raised, purchase orders are issued, and goods receipts are completed. Safety and Housekeeping: (5%) . Ensure that Technicians maintain a safe work area. . Ensure that Technicians practice safe work methods and use tools properly. . Inspect Technicians personal protective equipment as required. . Maintain good housekeeping standards in the workshop
