Job Description

  • Assist Production Manager to manage daily operations on site
  • Assist Production Manager to plan manpower for operations
  • Assist with the development of in-house training
  • Conduct interviews for new employees
  • Implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance
  • Interpret tender specifications
  • Manage supply of cleaning materials
  • Place orders to maintain stock levels
  • Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices
  • Prepare Overtime and Attendance reports monthly
  • Prepare quotations for cleaning services
  • Prepare reports on stock counts
  • Provide advice and guidance on issues relating to training as required
  • Provide human resource support and guidance to the Duty Managers
  • Supply resources to service sites
  • Support with classroom and on-the-job training
