Job Descriptions:
. Schedule daily job for installation and delivery, manage daily deployment of workers
. Manage and record workers attendance
. Assist company in all daily operations work
. Issue Quotation, Work Order accordingly
. Keep track of inventory, alert management for items in low stock
. Work as a team with operation to ensure everything goes well
. Liaise with suppliers for checking stocks, order and arrangements
. Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
. 1 -2 years working experience in operations planning or a similar role
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
. Ability to work independently and with a team
