Job Summary
To manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams, overseas agents, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage air, sea, and road freight shipments for import and export by scheduling and coordinating transportation activities to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and vendors to facilitate smooth logistics operations and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and manage shipment documentation in compliance with relevant regulations to support customs clearance and operational accuracy
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and fostering collaboration across departments
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding to enhance operational effectiveness
- Knowledge of air/sea freight operations, import/export documentation, and customs regulations to ensure compliance and smooth processing
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex logistics tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude to contribute to team success
- GCE O-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field as educational background
- Availability to start immediately or within short notice to meet operational demands
