about the company
We are partnering with a global firm in the energy and commodities market.
about the job
This dynamic role will include, but not limited to the following:
- Handle trade input into exchange venues and back office system
- Ensuring all trades details are accurately captured
- Work closely with brokers and finance team to ensure accurate data are updated into various systems
- Maintain accurate trade records, billing, and reconciliation
- Reconcile daily / monthly reports of trades done and resolve queries with clients
about the manager/team

skills and experience required
- At least 2 years experience in Middle/Back office operations role
- Good communication, able to communicate with front office,brokers and clients
- Preferred to have futures experience (Not a must)
- Preferred worked at an exchange eg. SGX, CME,ICE (Not a must)
- Preferred working experience in energy or commodities products e.g. oil products/Iron Ore/ Coal
- Experience working for a broker/energy company
- Experience in exchange systems (ICE Block, CME Clearport, SGX TITAN)
- Attention to detail
