- Managing end-to-end freight processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Creating, monitoring, and updating Standard Operating Procedures to boost daily productivity.
- Managing company assets, inventories, raw materials, and vendor contracts.
- Collaborating with finance, logistics, sales, and HR teams to clear communication bottlenecks.
- Analysing key operational metrics to identify performance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
