Supervise a team of warehouse staff
Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtimes
Customer complaint management
Uphold inventory integrity
Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement
Documentation of work instructions
Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager
Approve staff leave application
Perform reversal of selected system transactions having inventory impact with supporting document
Initiate system change request
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder and above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management
Able to lead team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Able to lead team
Independent and team player
Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.
Other Information:
Those with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior role
