OPERATION EXECUTIVE

1.Perform bay sweeps to ensure no items are left behind.

2.Conduct inspections to ensure ramp operations comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3.Monitor and ensure the timely removal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD), obstacles, and spillages within the Equipment Restraint Area (ERA).

4.Deliver pre-flight briefings outlining aircraft requirements and required services.

5.Coordinate and oversee ground service activities during ramp operations.

6.Identify potential hazards during ramp operations and promptly report them.

7.Apply and enforce safety and security standards across operational teams.

8.Execute the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage in accordance with approved loading plans.

9.Prepare and submit reports on ramp performance and operational efficiency.

10.Report FOD, obstacles, and spillages to the appropriate authorities.

11.Escalate any breaches of safety and security standards to relevant higher authorities.

12.Utilise technology to access and monitor real-time ramp operation data.

13.Verify that all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is operational and service able prior to ramp activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree and above
• Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service with an airline, airport or ground handling company
• Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Able to work on shifts and weekends/ PH.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work rotating shift working hours as required
