Duties & Responsibilities:
. Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
. Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
. Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
. Attend regular meetings with clients
. Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms
. Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
. At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE
. Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
. Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment
. Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
. Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
. Possess Class 3/3A License (Mandatory)
. Possess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
