Operation Executive

Responsibilities

. Provide and monitor the entire operations through liaising with agents,masters, bunker suppliers, ocean route companies, vessel brokers & insurersto ensure all shipments run smoothly.

. Prepare all relevant documentary instructions to various counterparties, andassist Chartering Desk to check and verify the information requested.

. Maintain operational optimization to add value to maximize profits and minimizelosses or costs.

. Calculate Freight/Hire and any laytime and Demurrage/Despatch incurred.

. Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis, decisionmaking and reporting.

. Involve the handling and settlement of legal cases with Insurers and Lawyers.

. Coordinate with Management Department to resolve ships technical Issues.

. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

. Minimum University Degree and no more than 2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).

. Proficient in English and Mandarin languages

. Proficient in handling of legal cases

. Hard working & flexible in work timing as per work requirement

. Possess good planning and organizing skills

. Someone that is a go getter in resolving issues

. Able to work independently and good team player
