Responsibilities:
. To coordinate and process customers orders with efficiency enabling faster turnaround time.
. Manage selected key sales accounts.
. Assist salesperson in charge to achieve sales target.
. Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints.
. Provide customer support and maintain good customer service.
. Handle all customer's orders and enquiry, receive and process orders, issue SOC timely.
. Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.
. Coordinate with warehouse on pick/ pack of goods according to shipping schedule.
. Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange shipment of customer orders on time.
. Ensure accuracy in shipping documentations and endorsements.
. Check accuracy of invoices and charges from forwarder, entry into system.
. Book and arrange vessels on time and on schedule.
. Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank.
. Ensure remittance received in bank.
. Follow up and monitor customer payment.
. Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Business/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
. 3-5 years of experience in sales support/ order desk
. Good knowledge in full set of shipping documents and LC handling
. Good numeracy skills and meticulous, LC knowledge, customer support/ order desk 5experience.
