Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfill orders committed
Liaise with clients on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables
Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation
Extract and compile information to create report
Filing, Posting and Data entry
Perform daily arrangement for delivery & customers collection of goods
Perform order processing into accounting system

Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries
Manage and work closely with Malaysia/Thailand/China team on the day to day operations on daily basis and to ensure that all requirements are met
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and to liaise with external parties or forwarders
To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
Coordinate the day to day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia/Thailand/China team and transactions documentation for freight forwarding and other related activities
Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department
Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors/ Management
