Daily fund operations - including day-to-day operation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures, external service providers and regulatory requirements.
Daily Company operation - Assist in operations duties and liaise with external service providers such as accountants, auditors and tax advisors.
MAS regulatory adherence - ensuring the company complies with all applicable MAS regulations.
Act as a key liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication.
Undertake any other responsibilities deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to liaise effectively with teams.
Outstanding written and spoken English and Mandarin capable of preparing professional reports, emails, and documents. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
A strong understanding of fund operations, company operations, and MAS regulation is preferred.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
