Job Title: Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to oversee and manage our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient operational processes and procedures, ensuring that our company runs smoothly and meets its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations across livestream, content production, creator coordination, client servicing, and campaign execution.

  • Ensure all projects, livestreams, creator deliverables, and client campaigns are planned, tracked, and executed smoothly.

  • Develop and improve internal operational workflows, processes, and SOPs to increase team efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate closely with different teams, including account managers, livestream teams, creators, production, and management to ensure clear communication and alignment.

  • Monitor campaign performance, live schedules, creator progress, and key operational KPIs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop livestreams, shoppable videos, UGC campaigns, creator events, and brand activations.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are fulfilled.

  • Conduct regular checks and reviews to ensure internal processes, client requirements, and TikTok Shop operational standards are properly followed.

  • Assist in managing budgets, invoices, creator payouts, campaign costs, and operational expenses to ensure resources are used efficiently.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of team members, interns, creators, and livestream talents where required.

  • Work with the team to improve client satisfaction, campaign quality, and long-term client retention.

  • Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve workflow, accountability, and overall business performance.

  • Collaborate with senior management to support business growth, department planning, and long-term operational strategies for Lucid Social.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant software programs and tools.
  • Experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
