Respond to work requests and fault calls during both office and after-office hours to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
Manage and supervise contractors for both minor and major works, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality, safety, and timeline.
Attend site meetings for maintenance and repair works, providing technical feedback, progress updates, and coordination as needed.
Conduct site surveys and take necessary measurements as requested by users to support maintenance, upgrading, and renovation works.
Conduct regular building inspections to identify defects and improvement opportunities monitor and track utilities consumption to optimize building efficiency
Prepare cost estimates, work proposals, and technical feasibility reports to support maintenance, repair, and upgrading projects.
Prepare budget sheets and conduct cost comparisons between suppliers and subcontractors to support procurement decisions and ensure cost effectiveness.
Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair works, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil & Structural (C&S), and soft services, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
Update works inventory list and M&E inventory listings, and prepare work schedules for all maintenance activities, including soft services.
Track,monitor, and update maintenance schedules for all M&E systems,building works, and soft services to ensure compliance with statutory and operational requirements.
Prepare final costing after completion of works and conduct joint site verification with clients to confirm that all works are completed as specified.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building, Construction Management, or a related field
Higher NITEC, ITE, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
Relevant experience in site coordination, engineering, or supervisory roles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
