About the Role - A Trade Operation role who handles paper contract settlement, trade settlement duties and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update of monthly freight by vessel in trading system.
• Perform settlement of paper contracts being washout and stringed.
• Prepare monthly operational reports such as stock balances & value, document turnround, CIF outturn and demurrage. Also, any other as requested.
• Laytime calculation for all shipments.
• Backup LC advising charge payment and collection.
• Processing of commission and brokerage payment on a monthly basis.
• Other duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A Level
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operation preferred.
